Darren is an accomplished Construction Professional with over 30 years of experience, ranging from Quantity Surveying to Company Director. He possesses extensive skills in cost management and expertise in commercial and contractual management for building and civil engineering projects, encompassing both private and public sector works.  

Darren has worked on various contracts, from private homes to multi-million dollar commercial projects, consistently achieving successful and timely outcomes for both clients and contractors.  

Qualified in RICS and AIQS, Darren began his career in the UK and has since worked extensively across Australia, including the ACT, NSW, and QLD.  

He is practiced in project cost and revenue forecasting, change management and control, subcontractor procurement and management, claims management, complete remeasurement, and the agreement and closeout of final accounts.  

With experience in numerous forms of contract and methods of measurement, Darren is proficient in handling contract claims issues, including adjudication, mediation, and legal processes. He has also provided tender assistance and professional consultancy services to private individuals and local builders for several years.
